The article proposes a novel approach for detecting anomalies in transmission lines using Compressed Sensing and bandpass spread spectrum signals. The method is thoroughly explained and its performance is evaluated through simulations involving three different types of anomalies. The findings indicate that the utilization of bandpass test signals leads to better detection of cable anomalies, enabling the identification of anomalies with shorter lengths compared to using baseband test signals.

Abstract
The article proposes a novel approach for detecting anomalies in transmission lines using Compressed Sensing and bandpass spread spectrum signals. The method is thoroughly explained and its performance is evaluated through simulations involving three different types of anomalies. The findings indicate that the utilization of bandpass test signals leads to better detection of cable anomalies, enabling the identification of anomalies with shorter lengths compared to using baseband test signals.File in questo prodotto:
