The book “Children in mourning” starts from a reflection on death, a complex topic of common interest for three knowledge that have always had a scientific dialogue with each other: sociology, pedagogy and psychology. A topic, however, that is not always addressed by integrating these three disciplinary visions and which, for this reason, is offered by the volume through the many articles proposed, in line with the individual’s experience (especially children and adolescents) in today society. In the present historical and socialhealth period, social and human sciences have to deepen, in an integrated way, mourning and death in the experiences and interpretations that children, – adolescents and adolescents in particular, offer to the phenomenon. Where real andvirtual, even in loss, become “places – not places” that impose a redefinition of the complex meanings that are given to the disappearance itself, in a breakdown of those boundaries (among all, space and time) considered as already known and explored. The volume aims to provide through its various contributions, a pragmatic vision of death and loss in projects and experiments undertaken.

Abstract
The volume aims to provide through its various contributions, a pragmatic vision of death and loss in projects and experiments undertaken.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
