Starting from a brief regulatory excursus concerning the Process Office (UPP), the article aims to describe the results of the analysis of two case studies on the organization and management of this organizational structure, just over a year from the entry into service of the officers in charge. The research activity made it possible to photograph the current situation regarding the prevailing UPP model and the main critical issues that emerged. This formed the basis for proposing a general organizational model while being aware of the necessary adaptation to the peculiarities of the specific Judicial Offices
