Abstract
The modern theory of the State is based on survival as the primary purpose of the personal good. Hobbes and Hume believe that the fundamental need to “want to live” is the base of essential social concepts like danger and salvation, harm and benefit, disease and care. Hume confirms the thesis that human nature could not escape from danger and death without the society, which can be implemented only if everyone, respects the rules of law. Even Nietzsche believes that the terrain for all morality can be prepared only when a larger individual submits single men, ordering them in an association. Everyone can live exclusively in a society governed by the law, trying to save themselves from the dangers of tampering and cancellation, more and more serious in the age of globalization.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
