Abstract
Supranational law on gender violence has facilitated the development of dialogue between the different legal systems. The paper, after analysing the factors that led to the rise of the phenomenon, examines the growing commitment of EU, which has promoted “integrated” actions to combat violence against women, including through “soft law”. The natural consequence of this commitment has been a better circulation of legal mo-dels, which, despite the various interventions of national legislators, suggests the possi-ble birth of a harmonized regulatory framework.File in questo prodotto:
