L’autore incentra l’analisi sul controllo a distanza dei lavoratori dopo la riforma dell’art. 4 Stat. Lav. del 2015. In particolare concentra l’attenzione sul c.d. controllo difensivo che, nei limiti individuati dalla giurisprudenza e dal d.lgs. n. 104 del 2022 sull’obbligo di trasparenza sul rapporto di lavoro, ritiene ancora possibile in via eccezionale.
