In this paper the asymptotic behaviour of a second-order linearevolution problem is studied in a domain, a part of which has an oscillatingboundary. An homogeneous Neumann condition is given on the wholeboundary of the domain. Moreover the behaviour of associated optimal controlproblem is analyzed.
