Abstract

Often availing itself of the help of a reli-gion used by outraging the pure and ide-alizing value of its Founder, for a more opportunistic use and consumption, and making it a creed that satisfies and flat-ters "the most sublime desires of the an-imals of the herd", morality - according to Nietzsche - also makes its way into politi-cal, juridical and social institutions with increasingly visible expressions. It comes to inspire hypocritically, on paper but not in reality, the principles of the Constitu-tional Charters, placing itself at the base of the legal systems of our Nations. How-ever, especially in the so-called "higher civilization" we witness spiritualized forms of cruelty, which greatly affect the organization of the social, political and legal life of peoples, and which identifies in souls its object, although it never completely loses its reference to the body of men.
