Si tratta di lavori nei quali emerge l’atten¬zione sull’effettività e l’efficacia del diritto del lavoro, nella consapevolezza che questi principi dell’ordinamento debbano guidare (sempre più) le ricostruzioni normative ed evidenziarne le criticità, concentrandosi sempre sulle tecniche necessarie per rendere fruibili ed effettivi diritti e regole sistematicamente ricostruite.
