RESUME L'impact de l'éruption du Somma-Vesuve dite des «Ponces d'Avellino » sur les sites du Bronze antique en Campanie (Italie méridionale). La synthèse des recherches pluridisciplinaires sur les sites du Bronze ancien (facies de Palma Campania) recouverts par l'éruption du Somma-Vesuve dite de «Ponces d'Avellino>> fournie une date plus précise de l'éruption et démontre l'effet destructeur sur les établissements humains de la région. La date de l'éruption est située dans l' intervalle 1880-1680 avant J.C. L'intervalle temporel entre l'éruption et la reconquête est encore problématique, il semble pouvoir être estime, au plus, a 230 ans dans les zones distales et dans les zones proximales a une période plus ou moins longue selon le type de pyroclastiques qui a recouvert les sites.
ABSTRACT We present a synthesis of the results of an interdisciplinary research on the Old Bronze Age sites (Palma Campania facies) affected by the «Avellino Pumices» eruption of Somma-Vesuvius, providing a more precise chronology of the event and demonstrating its adverse impact on the human settlements of the region. The date of the eruption is placed in the interval 1880-1680 BC. The time for resettlement is estimated to range from no more than 230 years for the sites distal from the volcano, the cover a wider time interval depending from the type of pyroclastic deposit in the proximal ones.
