The article deals with the debate on the vaccination obligation in labour relationship. The Author, starting from the frame of constitutional and labour aspects of the debate, including social security repercussions, argues for a differentiation between sectors with a higher incidence of contagion-risk (medical-health) and other sectors, noting the option of significant consequences on labour relationships in case of refusal of vaccination.
