Abstract
The Author, underlined the current incidence of the phenomenon of harassment (especially gender and sexual harassment) in the work, critically reconstructs the regulatory framework of law enforcement. It highlights in particular the persistent critical in an advanced regulatory environment, including the recent ILO Convention 190/2019, which is seen as driving force for further refining of framework. He identifies some paths of new rationalization and forms of law enforcement by warning against the mere implementation of Convention 190 which contains minimal measures in relation to the legislative loopholes in many Member States.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
