This article addresses the issue of assessing the most known systems of Supply Chain Management (SCM) with the aim to propose an integrated and general approach to SCM able to be applied at a wide range of industrial contexts. The work starts with a literature analysis of the most known methods for SCM and performance measurement, pointing out their possible weakness and possibilities of applications. After that an approach has been defined that, based on the SCOR model, is able to guide the potential user to the management of a supply chain with specific workflows. The proposed approach has been defined embedding into the development of the SCOR model the most known existing methods, proposing in some cases some specific modifications to obtain the integrated methodology.

Abstract
This article addresses the issue of assessing the most known systems of Supply Chain Management (SCM) with the aim to propose an integrated and general approach to SCM able to be applied at a wide range of industrial contexts. The work starts with a literature analysis of the most known methods for SCM and performance measurement, pointing out their possible weakness and possibilities of applications. After that an approach has been defined that, based on the SCOR model, is able to guide the potential user to the management of a supply chain with specific workflows. The proposed approach has been defined embedding into the development of the SCOR model the most known existing methods, proposing in some cases some specific modifications to obtain the integrated methodology.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
