L’articolo affronta l’ampliamento dei reati per i quali può operare il più lungo tempo investigativo e le “ricadute” che l’inserimento dei delitti in seno all’art. art. 407 comma 2 c.p.p. determina sugli altri istituti processuali che alla norma si richiamano.
