A thermodynamical analysis of a reversal cycle system powered by a gas engine is presented. This system satisfies electrical, heating and cooling loads. An energetic and exergetic analysis for the proposal plant is developed, showing its better efficiency compared with traditional solutions. A design procedure for the economic optimization is outlined. An application example is presented showing the economic advantages.

Abstract
